About Fluidstack

At Fluidstack, we build the compute, data centers, and power that will fuel artificial superintelligence. We work with Anthropic, Google, Meta, AMI Labs, and Black Forest Labs to deploy gigawatts of compute at industry defining speeds. We are investing tens of billions of dollars in US infrastructure. In 2026, we will deploy 1GW. In 2027, 10GW.

Our team is small, fast, and obsessed with quality. We own outcomes end-to-end, challenge assumptions, and treat our customers' problems as our own. No task is beneath anyone here.

There are a few thousand people who will shape the trajectory of superinteligence. Come and be one of them.

About the Role

We're seeking exceptional recruiters to build Fluidstack from the ground up– hiring top-tier talent across a variety of technical and non-technical teams. You'll be a true talent hunter with exceptional sourcing abilities and a rigorous eye for distinguishing good candidates from excellent ones. In deep partnership with hiring managers and leadership, you'll build strong relationships to understand their hiring needs, own the full recruiting process, and drive candidates over the finish line. Our team is deeply aligned with Fluidstack's mission to build the backbone of AI and empower the most critical AI companies in the world– and believe this all starts with exceptional talent.

What You'll Do

  • Source relentlessly: Deploy advanced sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of exceptional technical and non-technical talent before roles even open.

  • Screen with rigor: Implement a disciplined screening process that separates good from excellent– assessing not just skills, but potential, mission alignment, and cultural elevation.

  • Own end-to-end: Drive full-cycle recruiting from first outreach through offer acceptance, moving candidates through the process at speed while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Build deep partnerships: Establish trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, becoming their strategic partner who truly understands their needs and challenges.

  • Operate at pace: Ramp up with exceptional speed, absorbing context quickly and delivering impact from day one in a fast-moving environment.

  • Build infrastructure: Design hiring processes, evaluation frameworks, and reporting metrics that scale with our growth and drive data-informed decisions.

Focus/What We Value
  • Exceptional sourcing skills: Proven ability to find and engage top talent others can't reach.

  • Speed & urgency: You move at the speed of light, understanding that velocity and quality aren't mutually exclusive.

  • First principles thinking: You reason from the ground up, questioning assumptions and finding creative solutions to complex hiring challenges.

  • Bar raiser: You elevate everyone around you– raising standards for the team and the company with every interaction and hire.

  • Rigorous judgment: You have a refined ability to assess talent deeply, distinguishing between competent and exceptional.

Must-Haves
  • 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of exceptional sourcing & hiring for technical roles.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and senior stakeholders– you're seen as a trusted partner, not just a service provider.

  • Experience hiring in very fast-paced environments while maintaining an exceptionally high cultural and technical bar.

  • Track record of autonomously driving hiring outcomes– you own the process and get candidates across the finish line.

  • Background at high-growth tech companies or startups, preferably cloud/infrastructure, AI, or data centers.

Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).

  • Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.

The salary range for this position is $120,000- $200,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
