About the teamAs a Sales Program Manager within Zillow Rentals, you’ll join a collaborative team that helps drive revenue growth and sales effectiveness for our rentals business. You’ll partner closely with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Data Science, Operations, and Enablement to build programs that support sales performance and deliver a strong experience for rental partners.

About the role

We’re looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Sales Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across Zillow Rentals. In this role, you’ll identify business needs, define program strategy, and lead execution from concept through launch and optimization. Your work will help improve sales effectiveness, support go-to-market efforts, and create scalable programs that deliver measurable business impact.

You Will Get To:

  • Own high-impact sales programs from problem identification through launch and post-launch optimization.

  • Partner across Sales, Product, Marketing, Data Science, Operations, and Enablement to design and scale programs that support business goals.

  • Develop program strategies that improve sales effectiveness, support revenue growth, and unlock new opportunities.

  • Translate business needs into clear program plans, priorities, success metrics, and execution roadmaps.

  • Support go-to-market efforts for new programs and launches in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Use data, testing, and performance insights to evaluate outcomes and optimize programs over time.

  • Identify gaps in current processes and recommend scalable solutions that improve team efficiency and partner experience.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $90,900.00 - $145,100.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $86,300.00 - $137,900.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are
  • 4–6+ years of experience in sales strategy, program management, sales operations, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through execution and optimization.

  • Experience developing or supporting go-to-market strategies for new programs or product launches.

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data to inform decisions and measure impact.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver strong results in ambiguous environments.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills, with experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and/or Enablement.

  • Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas into actionable recommendations, success metrics, and concise narratives.
